Hammonton Mold opened its doors in Sept. 1986. Since then, we have grown from a small family owned and operated business to become a strong and aggressive industry leader. Currently we employ a team of talented mold makers, polishers, and designers. Most of our mold makers have over twenty years of experience, each.

Copper Cavities
There are times when customers request the use of BeCo alloy. It is preferred over aluminum cavities for it’s hardness and high thermal conductivity.  The world market price of copper has been rising steadily for years.  When tool life is important, the increased price is recouped in decreased downtime and repair costs.

We have specialized in building Injection Blow Mold tools to the high standards of some of the industry’s most successful bottle makers. As our customers needs have changed, we have expanded our capabilities to include designing and manufacturing of Injection Stretch Blow Mold tools. This allows us to continue providing high quality tools to our existing customers as well as new ones. One of our earlier ISBM projects was a 34 oz. mixer bottle, which later appeared on the cover of Packaging Digest.

Our molds have produced bottles and other items for the pharmaceutical industry, medical testing, personal care products, food and beverages, nursers, toys, cosmetics, automotive, and scientific containers. We have built  molds not only for U.S. customers but also for others in Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, and Europe.
